Operating as Executive Chef of Angad Arts Hotel and Commonwealth, Lauren Anthony is a St. Louis native, with culinary expertise in seafood and fish from her experiences at J. Gilbert’s Wood-Fired Steaks & Seafood, Gulf Shores Restaurant & Grill, and Culinary Institute of St. Louis at Hickey College
